DIG was approached by the National Geographic Kids team to help improve the time spent & user experience of their website. Through the Discovery phase, DIG teased out they’re key goals where they hoped to increase revenue through a growth in magazine subscriptions and the ability to host more sophisticated advertising. They wanted to increase the engagement of their users via visually exciting content and a streamlined user-flow which in turn would lead to building new audiences.
